Seminar Series

The CCMSI seminar series provides a forum for presenting ongoing research, discussing methodological advances, and reviewing best practices for verification and reporting. Speakers include Center personnel and invited experts across computational chemistry, applied mathematics, and scientific computing. Talks prioritize clarity of assumptions, domain of applicability, and transparent comparison with representative literature data. Q&A sessions are moderated to encourage constructive critique and reproducibility-oriented discussion.

Seminar notes, recommended readings, and selected slides are made available when licensing permits. Where public sharing is not possible, we provide structured summaries and references to foundational sources. This ensures that trainees have durable learning artifacts while respecting intellectual-property constraints and publisher policies.

By cultivating regular habits of presentation and peer feedback, the seminar series strengthens the Center’s culture of open, careful science and accelerates diffusion of techniques between projects.
